Hello!
I'm Rachel, Marketing Director for Coldwell Banker Access Realty. I've been helping REALTORS® creatively market homes and themselves since 2017. I graduated from Valdosta State University with a Bachelors of Fine Arts emphasizing in Mass Media. This background enables me to keep our internet presence current with compelling material. I fully embrace the rising prevalence of technology in this industry and recognize how important it is for brokerages and agents to utilize in order to grow their business.
What I love most about my job is that every day brings something new and different. From helping an agent designa post card, social media ad, or listing flyer, to troubleshooting errors on our website, or brainstorming new ways to market that unique listing that just won't sell, as well as training brand-new (& seasoned!) agents on the marketing tools we have to offer. I take pridein what I do and believe the ~150 agents in our 10 offices know that they can always rely on me to work with them, giving 127% as I like to say.
I am originally from Huntsville, Alabama but the coastof Georgia is my home. I've lived in Whitemarsh Island, Brunswick, St. Simons Island, St. Marys, and currently Kingsland, GA. In my spare time I enjoy cooking new recipes, interior decorating, reading, and watching my guilty pleasure... Gilmore Girls. My greatest blessing in life is being a mom.
