Licensed in 1985, my career in this industry actually began 4 years earlier when I was hired as a receptionist/bookkeeper/property manager for a real estate office. Longevity with both clients and this wonderful industry have fine-tuned my special skillset of listening to what it is my clients' desire to achieve. For Sellers, it can be as simple as generating the optimal property value or as complicated as the decision to \"just move on\". For Buyers, it's finding that \"just right\" property for their transition from across the country or across town, whether it's their 10th home or their 1st home. When not working, I'll be found enjoying the sunshine either poolside, along our beautiful beaches or on the golf course. As I've a Great-Niece who is a pediatric cancer survivor, my charitable efforts are aligned with Pediatric Hospitals and Childhood Cancer Research. Breast Cancer awareness and Hospice facilities additionally rank high on this list. Favorite season of the year is FOOTBALL! (Yes, in the South, that IS a season.) And, last, but certainly not least, my daughter and her family who reside on Weiss Lake in the edge of Alabama. \"My favorite Volleyball Girl calls me 'GiGi'\".
