Patrick has transitioned from a 45-year Military and Federal Civil Service career into providing valuable real estate services throughout the Golden Isles. Patrick's approach is simple; he maintains a fiduciary responsibility to protect the best interest of his client throughout the real estate transaction. To do this, Patrick uses his business acumen and vast knowledge of Glynn County and the surrounding area to provide his clients with the resources necessary to make informed, knowledgeable decisions. In addition to real estate sales, Patrick is a Property Manager with Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners and manages property throughout Glynn County. He is available not only for management services but for consultation regarding investment and income-producing properties.
